  A job made easy by an excellent contractor.

  I required some outside and in the porch. I contacted Accolade and a site visit was arranged. During that visit, I was able to discuss and agree what was to be done. An estimate was subsequently received, which I accepted, and a date arranged. The work was carried out promptly on the day agreed in a very professional and efficient manner. I am very satisfied with the finished job and would thoroughly recommend this contractor. Five star service!

  Electric heating and outside lighting

  Overall a great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, great advice and options for heating a lighting required. Punctual and fabulous standard of work. I will be using accolade again for future work and would happily recommend to anyone.

  Called them to deal with a failed motion detector and they exchanged correspondence to verify what was required, made an appointment, turned up on time and sorted the issued quickly and successfully. Very pleased. Happy to ask them again if necessary.

  Accolade have carried out several jobs for me including replacement consumer units and safety certificates. Tony always responds to emails and provides quotes quickly. He has never let me down when carrying out the work on the agreed date. Work is carried quickly, tidily and in a timely manner

  Honesty and Quality

  The trades person arrived at the time agreed in the booking email. The assessment and checks on the task were completed in a throrough manner with customer participation. The options were fully described and discussed and questions satisfactorily answered. Once the fault condition was appreciated a simple, low cost solution was proposed and implemented. This has proved to be successful. The tradesperson respected the working environment, being calm and polite during the time on-site.
