The trades person arrived at the time agreed in the booking email. The assessment and checks on the task were completed in a throrough manner with customer participation. The options were fully described and discussed and questions satisfactorily answered. Once the fault condition was appreciated a simple, low cost solution was proposed and implemented. This has proved to be successful. The tradesperson respected the working environment, being calm and polite during the time on-site.

Tony is an all round sound guy, very reliable and high quality of work. Pricing is very reasonable and would definitely use again if needed, recommended.
