Karl contacted me very quickly and after a quick chat over the phone, we agreed that he would visit our home the same day. He arrived on time, located, exterminated and disposed of the rat. He then took a look around the property and offered some useful advice. I live next to stables and have regular problems with mice in our garage. I noticed mice droppings in my bedroom and my husband set 4 traps in each bedroom. A few hours later a mouse was caught!! Carl rang straight after I andvertised and came the next day (Saturday) he was so thorough and knowledgeable and saw evidence (mouse droppings) in our loft . The traps have been out since Thursday and nothing else has been caught🤞. We hope it is a rogue mouse but Carl has put poison bags down in the loft and will return Friday.
