Very positive experience. Polite , friendly. Very kindly agreed to change date of visit without charge, when i had unexpected caring responsibilities. On arrival checked thoroughly for evidence of entry points and recent vermin presence. Bated the area, checked whether i had pets before doing so. Explained what to look out for, and to phone him, to say what had happened after a few says. No pressure for a second visit if not needed. far, far cheaper then other quotes i had received.

Excellen, friendly service. Carl responded quickly to my 10pm message on the website, and came round the following morning, having given a fair quote for the job. He confirmed the site of the wasp nest and dealt with it efficiently. Thanks!

Karl contacted me very quickly and after a quick chat over the phone, we agreed that he would visit our home the same day. He arrived on time, located, exterminated and disposed of the rat. He then took a look around the property and offered some useful advice. His service was very reasonably priced and whilst I hope I won’t need to, I would definitely employ him again.

I live next to stables and have regular problems with mice in our garage. I noticed mice droppings in my bedroom and my husband set 4 traps in each bedroom. A few hours later a mouse was caught!! Carl rang straight after I andvertised and came the next day (Saturday) he was so thorough and knowledgeable and saw evidence (mouse droppings) in our loft . The traps have been out since Thursday and nothing else has been caught🤞. We hope it is a rogue mouse but Carl has put poison bags down in the loft and will return Friday. Would highly recommend him.
