10 loft ladder & storage

the guys turned up on time, put down dust sheets and worked without a break till the job was done. the job was supposed to be 1.5days but they finished early on day one, job complete. we were shown how to work the ladder and the guys cleaned up afterwards. Graeme and his team turned up exactly on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and my loft was floored in just a few hours. They were clean and very tidy. Before starting work the installer put down cardboard to protect the carpet. Then got straight into it. Afterwards he described what work had been done and then gave a demo on how to secure the ladder for use and when not in use.Verified reviewerJob location: G8110 Loft Access & Flooring

From the outset Graeme and his colleague were professional and courteous. Gave us a quote prior to the work commencing with no sales pressure. The work was carried out on agreed date and time and we were very happy with the results. Took the time to demonstrate use of loft ladders which was appreciated. From the first minute to the last, the boys were very professional. Minimal disruption while work was carried out, and all was done to a very high standard.
