Excellent job from start to finish. Great clear communication from the initial quote to the work being carried out. The work was carried out to a high standard and the contractor cleaned well afterwards. The invoice was sent in a timely manner with various payment options. I was delighted with the work and would recommend Access4Lofts to anyone.

Really informative and helpful throughout the process. Came out to do a quick survey on the existing loft hatch, then gave me the best options moving forward. Communication was excellent at all times. Was back within a week and a half and installed the ladder quickly and to a great standard, including reinforcing what was already there. Really happy with the end product and delighted to have gone with Access4Lofts. They are friendly, professional and helpful, Highly recommend.

Graeme and his team came in and had half of the loft storage floored, new hatch and ladder installed in 4 hours Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking him to the end result Worked very neatly, cover sheets put down to protect carpets Left the storage area very tidy

the guys turned up on time, put down dust sheets and worked without a break till the job was done. the job was supposed to be 1.5days but they finished early on day one, job complete. we were shown how to work the ladder and the guys cleaned up afterwards. I cannot fault them in any way. the job they did was excellent and I'm very happy with it.
