    Gareth and Bevan were really professional and efficient, and friendly throughout. Offering sensible advise as to the works required, advising against any unnecessary works and what could be feasibly achieved in the attic space. The install went well and they cleaned up after themselves and were professional throughout. Would recommend

    UNRELIABLE SERVICE

    Having agreed a suitable date with Access4lofts for a new loft ladder install, and having taken a day off work to be in for their visit, I was left waiting all afternoon without any communication for the company on why their fitters didn't turn up. Having phoned head office on 3 separate occasions during the day of the visit I was told each time that someone would get back to me with an update, but no one did. I have subsequently tried to contact Access4lofts via email and by phone without success. I would therefore advise caution if you are thinking about using this company.
