Having agreed a suitable date with Access4lofts for a new loft ladder install, and having taken a day off work to be in for their visit, I was left waiting all afternoon without any communication for the company on why their fitters didn't turn up. Having phoned head office on 3 separate occasions during the day of the visit I was told each time that someone would get back to me with an update, but no one did. I have subsequently tried to contact Access4lofts via email and by phone without success. I would therefore advise caution if you are thinking about using this company.

Smooth process from quote to completion of the job. Everyone we dealt with was professional, the quote reflected our needs, the fitters were courteous and efficient, no residual mess and were guided through the finished product. Would use again.

The surveyor who visited to prepare the quote was clear and helpful. Everyone was punctual with great communication at every stage. The quote was a fixed price, with no payment until completion. Workmanship very professional. All in all a great experience

I am very impressed with access for lofts, I found the whole process, from asking for a quote to the fitting extremely easy. Their communication is excellent. Both the man surveying the job and the person who carried out the work were very helpful and friendly. The installer was excellent and covered the floor with dust sheets and even vacuumed afterwards. The boarding is great, I wish I had had it done sooner.

The team was polite, cheerful and incredibly hardworking on a very hot day when the lift was like an oven. They did a brilliant job and left everything spotlessly clean.
