  Excellent service from start to finish. Henry attended to investigate an ongoing hot water crossover issue and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. He identified that the immersion heater was causing the crossover and clearly explained what was happening and how it could be resolved. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. I felt he was honest and genuinely wanted to help rather than push unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

  Need a toilet cistern supplied and fitted. Henry offered me a quote which I thought was very reasonable. I booked it and he came out text me when I was near by and qiluick and professional. Job looks amazing. would recommend 100 using again.

  To change very old tapes on a kitchen sink plus look and replace bathroom plug in hand basin

  I arranged this repair from London for my mother in Bexhill. Extremely prompt with all communication- The bathroom sink plug only had a hair clip stoping the mechanism ( no charge) Kitchen tapes were tricky, bigger job than expected. A genuine, honest guy . How refreshing! Definitely recommend 100%
