  Diagnosis of a hot water crossover issue

  Excellent service from start to finish. Henry attended to investigate an ongoing hot water crossover issue and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. He identified that the immersion heater was causing the crossover and clearly explained what was happening and how it could be resolved. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. I felt he was honest and genuinely wanted to help rather than push unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
