  Repair to creaking floor

  I hired Academy Flooring to fix a creaky upstairs floor and ended up replacing the entire floor based on their advice. The work was rushed and poorly done; After two days, they claimed to be finished, but I found multiple issues: poorly cut sheets, large gaps, unsupported edges, and screws missing joists. They did respond quickly to my concerns, but it took four more visits to address the problems, only for the creaking to return. Finally, they said the joists were the issue and couldn't keep returning. Now, I have a new floor I likely didn't need, and the creaking is still as bad!

  Restore and replace original wood flooring in 2 rooms

  Rod and his team did an absolutely excellent job!! We were looking to renovate old Georgian floorboards and the transformation is incredible, they added extra support as the floors were very old and creaky and replaced boards which were damaged. Rod took the time to visit and offer advice, kept us posted throughout the job and ensured it landed within budget despite the surprises found on job - the team were great and worked really hard. The floors now look brand new and I’m so pleased with the job, I couldnt recommend more highly!

  Replacing water damaged laminate flooring with new

  Rod and his team are very professional throughout the process. The initial quote was very detailed, listing everything to be done so no surprises later. Rod came to the property to measure up, so no guess work. His team turned up on time and kept in touch throughout. Very pleased with the job

  Herringbone flooring with hearth tilling

  Very pleased with our new flooring, the job was done quickly and efficiently with a professional team. Punctual, informative and helpful on guidance.
