Rod & his team were great! We originally thought we would restore the floors under the carpet but it appeared they were taken out so we had to pivot. Rod was very knowledgeable, honest and upfront and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the level of communication we had, how they accommodated our timeline, the quality of the output, and the job was well priced!

The floor looks absolutely fantastic and Rod was very helpful explaining the difference options for which lacquer to use and what might look best. The work was carried out to the highest standard and the new floor literally transformed the whole room. Highly recommended!

I’d used Rod and his team a few years ago on an original parquet floor and they did a brilliant job, sourcing additional blocks to patch up a few missing peices. So I knew exactly who to go to when wanting to restore the original floor in a Victorian house. Again Rod sourced boards to match where old ones had split, and transformed an old battered floor into a beautiful one! Rod communicated any changes really clearly and gave options which was really appreciated given my budget.
