Declan has done a number of plumbing and gas fitting jobs for my family, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service he provides. Over the years, he’s serviced our boiler, moved pipes around, and fixed taps all with excellent results. His work is always of the highest quality, and it’s clear he’s incredibly knowledgeable in his field. Declan offers competitive quotes, and I’ve always found his pricing to be fair and transparent. What I appreciate most, though, is his reliability. He’s dependable, always on time, and works efficiently without cutting corners. He’s never let me down.

Declan came to fix my leaking outside pipes and dripping tap. Did a excellent job cleaned up after himself. We were pleased with work carried out and price. And highly recommend him if you need any work doing.

I have been in the construction industry for 30 years starting out my trade as a time served plumbing and heating engineer.

In that time, I have expanded my knowledge of other trades and skills working alongside other professionals in the industry to offer a comprehensive, quality service to our clients with a solid background of experience.

Our clients include local authorities such as Stockport and Bury Metropolitan Borough Councils, as well as arm’s length management organisations such as Stockport Homes and Six Town Housing for the procurement of disabled access facilities in the home and in public buildings.

This work includes 'wet room' installations, structural alterations, level access UPVC doors & frames, kitchen adaptations, ramp access and bespoke property extensions.

Whilst this work is important to our business, our core services still remain in the plumbing and heating sector, installing and maintaining heating systems, boilers, electric and gas.

We work closely with mainstream boiler manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch (Accredited Installer) and Vailant (Vailant Advanced Installer).

We will also come prepared with all generic replacement parts for toilets, tap repairs or replacements, leaks and overflowing tanks to expedite all of these small jobs.

All work completed is strictly in accordance with current 'Building Regulations' and all relevant notifications, such gas installations are reported the relevant local 'Building Control' and certificates issued.
