    Disappointed with service level

    The person who responded to my emergency call-out isolated the problem so that I could use the rest of my water supply. However, they were unable to get the spare part required and left me to call the wholesaler. An alternative provider was able to source the spare part with no delay and install quickly. For a call-out charge of £150, I would have expected better service.

    I'm very sorry you feel that way Joyce but I did source the correct braided hose directly from the manufacturer on your behalf. The hose was bespoke to that cistern. Whilst we carry an extensive range of parts, way more than any other trade and strictly follow manufacturers specifications we did not have that particular part with us. I'm pleased that you have resolved your issue to your satisfaction.

    Fixed leaky toilet

    Declan came out the same day to fix a leak in my toilet. Great communication throughout including showing me videos of what had gone wrong and what he had fixed. Would definitely recommend.

    they just string you along, been waiting for 2 days, then he called me 30 min before booking time, I was all expected him, but he didn't turn up, I texted him and called him, he said he came but nobody open the door, absolutely ridiculous.

    I called this gentleman 20 minutes before I attended to let him know I was on the way. He said he would inform the people at the property. I was there on time, rang the bell at the barrier and got no answer, called him again, no answer. Didn't charge him
