I reached out to this company to help me find and fix a leak in a wall I have. the customer service is so friendly and nice. they give quotes straight away and call to book in an appointment that suits you. the gentleman who came to the house was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak in such a quick time - I was shocked! it was found so quick! Hard to detect water leak eventually pinpointed. The excavation, through concrete, repair and reinstatement was carried out in less than a morning. The team was friendly and respectful of my property. The company supplied a detailed report after completion. Absolute were appointed by my insurers. Bradley attended 3 times to survey and repair the underground drain. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge and, despite a journey time of 2 hours each way, he volunteered to do the work, leaving home at 5am to arrive on time. He was always professional and friendly, explaining clearly what he would need to do. He also showed great respect for my property, working carefully in a small area to avoid more disruption than necessary and left the work area clean and tidy. Is your plumber / builder scratching their heads and you're worried that everything must be excavated or taken out to locate the cause?
Then we can help by locating the cause of the above issues without causing any damage until the source of the damage / leak is exposed and ready for repair.
Nine times out of ten we only need to remove 1-2 floor tiles or floorboards to access a leak under a floor and make a repair, which saves a lot of disruption and excess damage / mess.
Using the highest tech equipment of thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, endoscopes, ground micro phones, tracer gases and dyes we can locate your leak or the source of damage, even if an issue with rainwater ingression or rising damp is apparent. This can be identified by taking plaster / concrete samples to carry out a salts test.
We offer a full service of locating the leak, making access / excavating of the leak, repairing the leak and completing a fully detailed insurance company recognized report. The report covers all damage caused by the leak, how we found the leak, and the access work which was required to repair the leak. The report also includes full advisories of works required to remedy the damage and the dampness still present if any.
