Repair to Underground Drain

Absolute were appointed by my insurers. Bradley attended 3 times to survey and repair the underground drain. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge and, despite a journey time of 2 hours each way, he volunteered to do the work, leaving home at 5am to arrive on time. He was always professional and friendly, explaining clearly what he would need to do. He also showed great respect for my property, working carefully in a small area to avoid more disruption than necessary and left the work area clean and tidy. All in all he was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had our gas leak checks as boiler keeps dropping the pressure , issue not resolved and in less than a week no hot water again and no heating Rang and rang them Will get back No one get back The £1K bill obviously did not sort out the issue Will not recommend this company
