  Change locks on front door

  Jim’s workmanship was good and I’m happy with the result. He was able to rekey an existing lock with missing keys which saved money vs a complete replacement. He quoted to replace the barrel on the yale but decided it was better to replace the unit altogether for security - I’m happy with the decision but it added significantly to the cost and it would have been better to discuss with me first

  Jim responded to our problem immediately and was on site within 40 mins. He dealt with the broken lock very quickly and gave us alternatives for the immediate fix v longer term solution. Jim was polite, courteous and professional

  Replacing a door lick

  Jimmy is a really fantastic tradesman. His communication was also really good. He repaired a lock on my vulnerable parents’ back door. His kindness, empathy and skill was really appreciated. I can’t recommend Jimmy enough.

  Unlocking Door

  I found Jimmy on check a trade as we needed a locksmith. He was clear and quick to communicate with. We booked an appointment, I was late due to traffic he was still very accommodating. Sorted the job out efficiently with no fuss. Very happy with the service I received. Thank you.
