Had a problem with a door latch not locking and called Absolute Home Security. Jim turned up within the hour on a Saturday and sorted everything in about 30 minutes. Excellent. He can handle my next emergency too when that comes! Thanks.

I have used this company for many years. They always go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Today 1st May 25 I need to have a complicated padlock key cut & also a key to unlock the cycle battery box on my Chinese e-bike as the original key was bent & was likely to snap, there wasn’t a good matching blank so they improvised with a near looking one , when finished the man said it might work & might not but happily it was as ok. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.

Jim’s workmanship was good and I’m happy with the result. He was able to rekey an existing lock with missing keys which saved money vs a complete replacement. He quoted to replace the barrel on the yale but decided it was better to replace the unit altogether for security - I’m happy with the decision but it added significantly to the cost and it would have been better to discuss with me first
