I moved into my new flat and wanted the locks on the front door changed. Jimmy was very responsive and changed the locks in a swift and professional manner. He's a very nice gentleman and very helpful. He even helped me out by showing me how to work the strange window mechanism I have so I could fully open the windows! He's very trustworthy and I highly recommend his services.

Mum was nervous to have a tradesman in, as she's on her own, but Jimmy was very reassuring when I rang him, based on his good reviews here. He came, same day and opened the door, making it safe and advising us honestly as to next steps. I contracted with Absolute Home Security following a recommendation from a family member, Jim was very helpful in arranging a time the same day to have a look at the problem. Work was carried out promptly and with no issues on any of the 5 keys that were provided with the new lock. Would thoroughly recommend.
