Had our alarm serviced through Absolute Alarms. Very helpful telephone staff. Even though we don't have our system serviced every year, they did not insist we sign up to an annual contract before coming out, like many companies do. The call out charge was what we expected and the service was the most thorough we have experienced in 35 years of having an alarm. Red, the technician, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and took his time to answer any questions we had, which gave us peace of mind. Will definitely use them again.
