Josh arrived a little late but, hey, it happens. He worked very efficiently and cleanly. Once installed he gave us a thorough but straightforward demonstration of how the system works and how we operate it. Matt who works for Absolute Alarms arrived on time was very tidy in his work even offered to paint to cover where old monitors were. From start to finish, Absolute Alarms were great. Arrived promptly to quote, gave the best advice for our property including what wasn’t worth having so saving us money. Installation was also top notch - engineer arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly (no mess left upon departure) and explained how the system worked clearly. The AA engineer arrived promptly after a phone call ahead of time. He was efficient, respectful of our property, and both courteous and amenable. We've been a customer of AA for 20 years now, and this routine service was as pain free as previous occasions. The engineer thoroughly tested the entire system, and replaced two PIR sensors that were performing under par. That work was also carried out with no fuss, and any mess was cleared up.
