    Excellent Service

    We received an alert regarding our alarm system, I contacted Absolute, customer service was excellent. An engineer called me back within 10 mins. He arranged to come and look whilst there he checked and noticed the service was nearly due so fixed the issue and did the service, all done within 2 hours of my call. Would recommend

    I have used Absolute Alarms for 19 years. They have always been reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I would not consider another Security company.

    The company overall were reliable, the appointment was arranged promptly and their engineer arrived as promised. The engineer was excellent and very knowledgeable about the system and took time to carefully and accurately explain how the system worked and was controlled. Excellent experience with this company- would recommend.

    Fantastic customer service from Absolute Alarms. Had a problem with my linked emails and the girls in the Service Department dealt with the issue and solved the problem efficiently. I was called back several times as promised, something that sadly rarely happens nowadays. Just glad to be up and running again!

    Poor service, no acknowledgment of fault and they will leave you with faulty goods

    Be wary of this company, they go back on their word even if its in writing. Poor customer service, had a faulty installation of alarm and cctv from them and it took four months of me chasing to get a resolution. No compensation or apology was offered even though i paid in full. Only thing that was agreed was a extension of four months warranty which was written in an email which they are going back on. Very unhelpful. Other better companies out there
