Matt who works for Absolute Alarms arrived on time was very tidy in his work even offered to paint to cover where old monitors were. Fully explained how to use the upgraded system and helped us update our phone apps. I very nice and helpful young man.

From start to finish, Absolute Alarms were great. Arrived promptly to quote, gave the best advice for our property including what wasn’t worth having so saving us money. Installation was also top notch - engineer arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly (no mess left upon departure) and explained how the system worked clearly. Very competitive price and all round great service. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for your security needs :-)

The AA engineer arrived promptly after a phone call ahead of time. He was efficient, respectful of our property, and both courteous and amenable. We've been a customer of AA for 20 years now, and this routine service was as pain free as previous occasions. The engineer thoroughly tested the entire system, and replaced two PIR sensors that were performing under par. That work was also carried out with no fuss, and any mess was cleared up. We are happy to continue our long-running relationship with Absolute Alarms.

Matt came to service our system, changed all the batteries and ensured everything was working as it should be. He arrived promptly was courteous and completed everything quickly with no fuss.

We had been broken into with our old Burglar Alarm letting us down with notifications. Absolute Alarms come down and priced up a new system. Within a week a new system was installed at a good price and works perfectly.
