  Trustworthy and honest

  I cannot speak highly enough of Allan. Fixed my 90-year-old mum's drain when I wasn't there as I had to leave to go to work before any price was agreed. Sent me wrong bill by mistake, which I paid. Then later contacted me to say it was wrong amount and refunded the difference. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Thanks again, Allan.

  Allan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, Located and fixed the problem and then directly sent over a professional comprehensive report including written, photographic and video which was easy to follow and understand. I will defiantly use his company again if required and have no problem recommending using Allans services. I don't usually write reviews and even more rarely recommend a tradesman. I 100 percent recommend A Brown Dranage Services Ltd.

  CCTV drain survey

  Very happy with the service I received. Communication was great, told me exactly what he was going to do and talked me through the findings which were very thorough. If I have any issues in the future, I will call Allan. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

  Unblock drain in utility room

  Arrived on time as we had arranged, identified issue which was causing flooding in our utility room and removed the blockage there and then. Reasonable rates and we have had no further issues since repair.

  Unfortunately Allan was unable to do the work, however his communication was excellent & he was very honest. Even helped by send information to someone else who make be able to resolve. Would have no hesitation contacting him again.
