I cannot speak highly enough of Allan. Fixed my 90-year-old mum's drain when I wasn't there as I had to leave to go to work before any price was agreed. Sent me wrong bill by mistake, which I paid. Then later contacted me to say it was wrong amount and refunded the difference. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Thanks again, Allan.

Allan arrived on time, explained everything clearly, Located and fixed the problem and then directly sent over a professional comprehensive report including written, photographic and video which was easy to follow and understand. I will defiantly use his company again if required and have no problem recommending using Allans services. I don't usually write reviews and even more rarely recommend a tradesman.
