Excellent service from start to finish. The loft ladder is great quality and easy to use. Gary arrived on time, quietly got on with the work and left the area very clean and tidy. Gary was incredibly professional across communication and in person. Quick to reply, efficient and quick to book with, arriving exactly on time. The quality of his work is excellent, and he was very careful with protecting and cleaning up. Wouldn't have known he had even been if not for our much easier to use and well done loft hatch. Job location: KT12Gary installed a loft ladder and extension of hatch, loft ladder and full boarding with added insulation. Gary was extremely hard working and professional throughout the job. He was pleasant and polite , tidied up at the end of the day and did an amazing job . I would highly recommend him.10 New loft ladder, insulation and boarding
