Gary from Above The Rest loft ladder company responded promptly to our phone enquiry about a loft ladder repair. We arranged a date and he came as promise. He quickly identified the problem and spent an hour and a half repairing the ladder. He explained every thing he had done and gave us advice for the future. His bill was extremely fairly priced and he was courteous and a pleasure to have doing the job. We would not hesitate to recommend him. Job location: SW14I contacted Gary to ask about hatch alteration and ladder fitting. He sent me photos and a quote the same day. I confirmed that I was ready to go and he booked me in for the next week. Gary arrived on time, and with no fuss just got on with the job! The new loft hatch fits perfectly and the ladder is great. He left everything clean and tidy and demonstrated how to use the ladder safely. I can't recommend Gary and his company highly enough.
