Very competitive quote. Turned up promptly. Cut joist, when others weren’t prepared to. Neat installation. Great mitred finish around hatch hole. Took away all waste. Cleaned up afterwards. Can’t fault the work.

Gary came give a quote for installing a loft ladder. He started on the date quoted and we are absolutely delighted with the work he carried out. I can only give him 10 out 10

Gary came to our house to inspect the work that needed doing. He emailed us his price which we were very happy with. He arrived soon after on the day he said he would and on time. His job was to board out our 2 lofts and install new ladders on both. He completed this very professionally and quickly to a very high standard, he also left everywhere spotlessly clean. He also showed us how to use the ladders. Gary is a lovely friendly guy and we would highly recommend him. We were delighted with all he did. Thank you Gary.

Gary was very polite and punctual . He fitted the loft ladder which works perfectly within an hour or so and with no mess whatsoever. He was also very patient when showing me how to use it. He was altogether a very nice, polite man with a strong work ethic.

Needed to install a loft ladder ASAP and it's been giving us sleepless nights with the quotes. to say Gary turned up to quote us, text me saying he was expecting to be 10 minutes late. Was earlier than expected on our front door step with his ladder at the ready. Lovely and very respectful. He checked out the space and how we have a have a shift hatch we've been making do with for years. Not one hesitation or a trader "um and ah", "this'll be tricky" plus decided last minute we'd like a loft electric light installed 😖 didn't put him off. 😖 us an invoice that evening and we went with it!!! He
