I was contacted by about town plumbing. I told him the problem i had. Rather than coming out and charging me, he went through a few things it could be and asked for a photo of the connection. He diagnosed the problem from that photo and I was able to reconnect the drainage pipe and the problem was sorted. Very honest and helpful.
