Job location: OL13Jack carried out the initial job of the toilet cistern then returned as my mother had another job with the kitchen tap leaking. Instead of just replacing the tap he changed the handles as it was my elderly mother who couldn’t turn off her existing tap and that was why it was dripping. He was very patient with Mum as she’s very deaf and slow. I would recommend him to others very professional and helpful pricing reasonable10 Just great service very knowledgeable

Excellent! Jack responded really quickly and came on time and was extremely knowledgable! Fixed the problem- got two leaking radiators sorted and boiler pressure up, stayed over an hour to check. Wouldn’t invoice me until Monday ( after work done on Friday) unless the problem was fully solved. Also gave me a slot if he had to come back that week. Really polite and wore shoe covers. 9.67 needed a join in pipe to radiator replaced as was leaking.
