Jack carried out the initial job of the toilet cistern then returned as my mother had another job with the kitchen tap leaking. Instead of just replacing the tap he changed the handles as it was my elderly mother who couldn’t turn off her existing tap and that was why it was dripping. He was very patient with Mum as she’s very deaf and slow. I would recommend him to others very professional and helpful pricing reasonable

Excellent! Jack responded really quickly and came on time and was extremely knowledgable! Fixed the problem- got two leaking radiators sorted and boiler pressure up, stayed over an hour to check. Wouldn’t invoice me until Monday ( after work done on Friday) unless the problem was fully solved. Also gave me a slot if he had to come back that week. Really polite and wore shoe covers. Great plumber! Would thoroughly recommend

Great service from Jack at About Town Services. Communication was excellent throughout and everything was completed quickly and to a high standard. Really appreciated how patient and friendly Jack was with my 2-year-old son, who was very curious about what was going on! Would definitely recommend and use again.

lovely person, he also replaced two washers in the boiler that were leaking which I thought was fixed a couple of years ago and included them in the price very thankful he spotted it. I am also having him come back to do another job for me
