  i WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF. BY TAKING TAKING YOUR PHONE CALL THEY MAKE A MIN OF £100 FROM THE YOU AS THE CUSTOMER BY PASSING YOUR NAME ON TO A LOCAL SUPPLIER, A LESSON LEARNT FOR THE FUTURE.

  Toilet flush problem

  We booked a plumber, got a quote for the initial assessment and work. However on the day the problem with the toilet flush was not resolved, so the plumber said he would send us a quote the following week for a new toilet. We did not hear from him or the Able Group again. We were charged for about 70 mins over and above the initial quote for work that was not completed.

  The work involved installing an integrated washing machine, Your colleague Adil arrived to schedule installed the machine speedily and advised on another plumbing issue I had noticed. He clearly had the professional knowledge required. Excellent work

  We needed an emergency plumber for a leak at home. Helpful and professional staff on the phone. Plumber attended and sorted us out quickly and professionally. Really happy with his manner and the quality of his work and advice. Hopefully we won't need his services again, but would gladly recommend.
