We booked a plumber, got a quote for the initial assessment and work.
However on the day the problem with the toilet flush was not resolved, so the plumber said he would send us a quote the following week for a new toilet.
We did not hear from him or the Able Group again. We were charged for about 70 mins over and above the initial quote for work that was not completed.
