    Initial contact excellent. Workman arrived and completed work including a check of existing drainage for any potential further problems. Would have appreciated a call confirming approx time of arrival during the time window of 8-12 am

    First class from start to finish

    We had a leak on a joint under the shower tray,It was in a difficult area to get to. We rang Able Group for a emergency plumber,They were very helpful and within two hours we had a plumber. Guy was his name,Having to lay on his back and reach under the shower tray managed to get to the leaking pipe and fix the joint.First class job and very relieved customer.

    As a widow in her 70s I’m always nervous with these things. But I rang and made arrangements, the plumber rang me about an hour away, he arrived and job complete! Happy with cost. Thank you for an easy experience.

    Brilliant company which we haven't used before. The guy arrived as they said early did a brilliant job very efficient. Fitted a new part a d the company were very helpful. Excellent service.
