We called an electrician out for an intermittent fault with out upstairs lighting. The fault returned within 30 mins of the electrician leaving. We paid the fee for visit 1. We then called again and explained the fault was not fixed. A second visit was arranged with a 2nd electrician. We were advised on the phone and in email that the second visit was zero charge. They are now charging us £565 pounds for visit 2 as they are claiming it was a different fault. I don't mess with electrics but when my washer suddenly stopped working I thought I've got a big expense, but after checking the plug it was evident that this was at fault and hoped that this was the only problem. The electrician checked the socket and circuit and put on a new plug and whilst it was a simple job he put my mind at ease and thankfully the washer was back up and running saving me further expense. we used able group electricians when we were let down by another company, we were informed of the price before hand and was told the electrician would be with us the next morning between 8 and 12, he arrived at 8 which was excellent he was very friendly and fitted our electric oven with no fuss after he left we had a problem with the door and he came back the same day to have a look, as it turned out it was a fault with the appliance not the fitting we couldn't be happier with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.Verified reviewerJob location: RM12Response from Able Group - Electricians

My experience was brilliant the electrician arrive within his time slot and started straight away plus gave me an estimate before he start he completed the work within the estimate and left everything clean and tidy.
