  I wish to complain about the advert for this company in your latest directory. It mentions a discount for OAP's but Able easeeasDrainage in Norwich would not honour this as I didn't say I was an OAP when I first phoned. A most unhelpful lady in their Norwich Office 01603 915620 refused to apply the discount retrospectively. I feel the advert is misleading in as much as no mention is made that you should state your age at the beginning of the conversation when booking their services. At that point the customer's main concern is getting a company to deal with an emergency. Your response please

  Fast acting and reliable service

  Whilst cutting my grass I notice a very soggy area around my drain and well I wish I had never opened the cover! Thankfully my neighbour recommended able group as they had used them in the past. The lady who I spoke to was lovely and explained it wasn’t the end of the world and they could get someone out the same day! Only 3 hours later a lovely chap turned up and didn’t seem phased by the drain of Urrm toilet waste and after about 45mins it was all clear flowing and running again! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

  Brilliant, turned up on time, job sorted in no time, great lad and friendly, cleaned up and you would not believe he had been here. Would easily recommend to anyone.

  Brilliant service

  Arrived on time and sorted out the drain problem. Was really helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Cleaned up all mess before he left. Would highly recommend for any drainage issues.
