  Very prompt service from the inital call through to a visit the next morning by their contractor who quickly sorted the blocked drain out.

  We had the Drain doctor come and clear our issue , he was brilliant, quick professional and very helpful explaining everything he was doing. Will definitely use again if needed.

  Don’t use this company

  I went with this company as it was locally recommended by checkatrade and sadly I have had such a negative experience. I paid £175 for a pipe to be fixed. An engineer came for less than 5 minutes and put silicone around the pipe despite me saying this would not hold. 10 days later the pipe came off and I have no right to a refund or a fix unless I pay full price. The customer service team were so rude initially asked if I pulled the pipe off and saying it was unusual it had broken. They catch you out in the small print saying there is no right to the job being a guaranteed fix.
