John was incredibly prompt to respond personable and highly communicative. He had the part in stock and as able to resolve the issue same day. A consummate professional I would strongly recommend.

John came to fix our AEG tumble dryer. He responded quickly and gave helpful advice and a clear quote so we could decide whether to fix or replace. We have used John several times over the years no need to go anywhere else.

John fixed a broken fan oven for us. I sent him the oven model info and he checked if he had a suitable part. Called me back immediately to say he did and was round to fix it that afternoon. All really quick. John was super helpful - would recommend.

John was great, I spoke to him on the phone and he immediately knew what was causing the fault I had on my washing machine. He ordered the parts and 3 days later had fixed my machine. I would certainly recommend him.

John responded incredibly quickly to my job request on a Sunday evening - he rang straight away and we quickly identified what was needed. Unfortunately he didn’t have the spare part required but was able to get one for the next day. We agreed a time and John has bang on time. The repair was carried out very efficiently. John is a very nice chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. If any of our appliances misbehave in the future I will be calling John again!
