  Damage to roof and chimney identified when working on neighbours roof. Cliff Explained the damage and provided photos. Carried out the work within a few days which included replacing the damaged chimney pot. Cliff kept me updated with progress and provided photos once the work was complete. Really pleased with the service.

  Repair/replacement of roof

  I chose Abel Roofing to repair the leaking roof of my rental property. The job turned out to be much bigger and more complex than the first, ground-level visual inspection had suggested (which two other companies had also suggested), but throughout the process Cliff provided both visual, video and verbal evidence of what the problems were, explained what could or could not be done, and what my options were. As a landlord, this is what you need so you can make an informed choice. On completion, I am delighted I chose Abel Roofing, and highly recommend them. They were excellent throughout.

  Replacing flat roof after storm damage

  Having had most of my flat roof come off during Storm Bert, I called Cliff to sheet up my roof. He was at my property within a couple of hours. He offered a competitive quote to do the full repair and based on the Checkatrade reviews I appointed him to do the work and I am very glad I did. Despite having lots of other jobs done he moved things around given that I had water pouring through my ceiling and made the building watertight very quickly. Very impressed with the quality of the work and the communication from him and the team throughout. Highly recommend.

  Roof repairs

  I needed an extensive roof repair to be done as quickly as possible and having read the reviews, I chose Abel Roofing and Building Services. Cliff was responsive and professional and provided sound advice after assessing what needed to be done. Cliff guided me through the options and was able to start work quickly. His team was reliable, punctual and worked to a very high standard. Cliff communicated with me regularly keeping me in touch with the progress and sent me photos and films of the work being done. I very highly recommend Cliff and team and I thank them for their hard work. Great job!
