We had a leak in the bedroom ceiling. One roofer said the guttering should be completely replaced but Abel Roofing (Cliff) said this was not necessary, proposing a smaller fix which was much more cost-effective. All in all I found the company communicative and reliable. Also, our neighbours recommended Abel Roofing very highly after a big job they did last year. If I have another roofing job I will use them again.

Damage to roof and chimney identified when working on neighbours roof. Cliff Explained the damage and provided photos. Carried out the work within a few days which included replacing the damaged chimney pot. Cliff kept me updated with progress and provided photos once the work was complete. Really pleased with the service.

I chose Abel Roofing to repair the leaking roof of my rental property. The job turned out to be much bigger and more complex than the first, ground-level visual inspection had suggested (which two other companies had also suggested), but throughout the process Cliff provided both visual, video and verbal evidence of what the problems were, explained what could or could not be done, and what my options were. As a landlord, this is what you need so you can make an informed choice. On completion, I am delighted I chose Abel Roofing, and highly recommend them. They were excellent throughout.

Having had most of my flat roof come off during Storm Bert, I called Cliff to sheet up my roof. He was at my property within a couple of hours. He offered a competitive quote to do the full repair and based on the Checkatrade reviews I appointed him to do the work and I am very glad I did. Despite having lots of other jobs done he moved things around given that I had water pouring through my ceiling and made the building watertight very quickly. Very impressed with the quality of the work and the communication from him and the team throughout. Highly recommend.
