Very reliable and fast

I needed someone to give me an Energy Performance Certificate fairly quickly. I contacted Check a Trade and Alpesh Patel responded promptly. He said he would be able to do the assessment the following day. He carried out the inspection in a most professional manner, and in less than 24 hours (on a Sunday!), I had the report. I could not have been more pleased. I was very impressed with the way Alpesh did the job and am happy to recommend his services. Not only was he very professional, his fee was very reasonable.

Received curiosity call to remind me of my appointment on arrival I could clearly see and read ID before giving access. Gave oversight of what and why works required under new legislation and benefits . Quietly and professionally manoeuvre around property without any disturbance to myself or family.
