ABC surveys Ltd was established in 2007 with our name being made up from the different type of surveys we offer, for example Asbestos Surveys, Building Surveys and Condition Surveys. We have specialised in Party Wall Matters since the Act became nationwide in July 1996 and became members of the Pyramus and Thisbe club and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
Party Wall Matters
A.B.C Surveys Ltd are professional party wall surveyors covering the full range of party wall matters and are members of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
As party wall surveyors we are able to act for the building owner, adjoining owner or as the agreed party wall surveyor for both building and adjoining owners under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
The Party Wall etc Act 1996 gives property owners rights to do work to the party wall (shared wall) and when excavating or building close to the boundary line. It also provides a framework for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring building.
