Richard carried out a survey on the three-bedroom flat I was buying. He was very responsive and prompt, and returned the report quickly. This was very much appreciated.

We used Richard for our Level 3 survey. The turnaround was very quick - he was in the house within a couple of days from us instructing him, and the report followed day or so later. The report itself was super thorough but what stood out the most is that when we asked for a call to go through the report, he was warm and patient and explained things clearly. Great services! Would 100% recommend!
