  Professional, Respectful, and Exceptional Quality

  We had an incredibly positive experience with our builder. From start to finish, Alin's team was professional, smart, and prompt, treating our home with respect across the entire workforce. Every request was met with an open approach, and the quality of work was fantastic. They consulted with us during challenges, offering a true “can-do” attitude, and we never felt pressured to spend unnecessarily. As a female often working from home, I felt comfortable throughout and have a beautiful home as a result. Highly recommend for both commercial and residential projects. A building company gem.

  Hard working, skilled and reliable contractors

  We had a very positive experience with Alin and his team. Our project was expertly managed by Sergiu and the entire team were friendly, reliable and hard working. It was our first time carrying out a project of this scale, and Alin and his team provided us with guidance and advice throughout. We appreciated that the team also made efforts to save us money throughout and we never felt they were finding ‘problems’ simply for the sake of charging us more. We would highly recommend Alin and his team. They are true craftsmen and bring a positive can-do attitude to any job.

  House refurbishment, reconfiguration and loft conversion

  Abaco Marea completed a house refurbishment and reconfiguration for us 5 years ago and now they've recently completed our loft conversion. The team are incredibly hard working and delivered our project to a very high standard. We're super happy with the results and would highly recommend them (and have done lots already!) Alin is a great communicator and very responsive so any issues that arose during the build were resolved quickly and the whole process feels very collaborative which is important to me.

  Conversion of a 5 bedroom house into 3 self contained flats. Roof and side extension

  - Detailed tender -Showed us 3 projects in various stages, thus confident of process & quality Pros - Competitively priced relative to others - Could finish at least 3 mths earlier than others builders; 7 mths to complete versus 10-12mths! - Worked as one big team with ltd subcontracting - 'client supply' items onsite early to avoid delays - extra costs only due to lack of accoustic info in tender - Excellent overall Cons - Slowed down the last 4-6 wks - More proactive communication needed - Site mgr and mgr not always at weekly meeting together, thus miscommunications/misunderstandings
