Abaco Marea completed a house refurbishment and reconfiguration for us 5 years ago and now they've recently completed our loft conversion. The team are incredibly hard working and delivered our project to a very high standard. We're super happy with the results and would highly recommend them (and have done lots already!) Alin is a great communicator and very responsive so any issues that arose during the build were resolved quickly and the whole process feels very collaborative which is important to me.

- Detailed tender -Showed us 3 projects in various stages, thus confident of process & quality Pros - Competitively priced relative to others - Could finish at least 3 mths earlier than others builders; 7 mths to complete versus 10-12mths! - Worked as one big team with ltd subcontracting - 'client supply' items onsite early to avoid delays - extra costs only due to lack of accoustic info in tender - Excellent overall Cons - Slowed down the last 4-6 wks - More proactive communication needed - Site mgr and mgr not always at weekly meeting together, thus miscommunications/misunderstandings

In the initial stages, Alin’s input was excellent – he is an instinctive problem solver and offers great solutions to design and build issues that inevitably arise. Communication was exemplary, and his team were highly skilled, so hard working and showed great attention to detail. All in all, it was a seamlessly professional experience working with Abaco Marea on this project. Alin is a man of great integrity and his team genuinely aspires to (and delivered) excellent results on time and at a very competitive price.

I recently hired Alin and his team for a full renovation of my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included installing a brand new kitchen, underfloor heating, and various other upgrades. Throughout the entire process, Alin was highly professional, attentive to detail, and always available to address any concerns.
