I was impressed by the technician's immediate understanding of the problem. He had a solution and executed it professionally, no parts needed.

The two gentlemen who came home to check the integrated induction hob were kind and did the job to diagnose what problem there was. They though said that the hob couldn’t be fixed and therefore would have let me know if only a part or the whole hob would require changing. Said they will let me know the next day - it ‘s almost two weeks and never heard back, even if I reached out to ask for updates via email. Unrealiable, hence do not recommend.

Good communication in advance of the job, arrived on time and conducted the work efficiently and cleanly. Thoroughly recommend.

AA sent someone round to fix the ice machine on our fridge-freezer. He was on time, quickly pinpointed the problem and fixed it. Very reasonably priced too. Definitely recommended.

I needed a repair for my integrated electric oven - the heating element had blown. I phoned on Wednesday and they came out the next morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with a replacement part from their van, all within half an hour. The whole process was fast and efficient. Would recommend
