  Extraction fan integrated to oven fixing

  The two gentlemen who came home to check the integrated induction hob were kind and did the job to diagnose what problem there was. They though said that the hob couldn’t be fixed and therefore would have let me know if only a part or the whole hob would require changing. Said they will let me know the next day - it ‘s almost two weeks and never heard back, even if I reached out to ask for updates via email. Unrealiable, hence do not recommend.
