Day after Boxing Day. Garden tap snapped off in the water pipe and I had to turn off the mains, Baby in the house. Arrgh! Phoned five plumbers, the fifth answered, gave me a quote and a time of arrival, came and did the job bringing a new tap (which was on their own initiative). Did the job in fifteen minutes, kept to the original quote. Baby can have a bath now. Happy? I'm delighted.
