Received a phone call from Garry in just a few minutes from initial enquiry. Gave me a quote and said he could be with me in an hour. As promised he arrived and replaced all the internal components of the cistern. I think the job was a bit more difficult than he anticipated but he kept his price to the phone quote. Every was explained as he worked. A very friendly and helpful man and I would recommend him to everyone.

Picked up the job from Checkatrade and offered to come the very next day. Came and inspected, gave an estimate and undertook the job immediately. All completed satisfactorily within an hour. Excellent service.

The taps supplied were of poor quality and after less than a week they were spraying everywhere due to a faulty fitting. I requested a replacement but nearly 7 weeks after asking for a replacement they are still not fixed. Phone calls, texts and promised repairs but just not showing up and no call to let you why or when the repair will be carried out for my 84 year old Mum. Very unreliable. Totally unacceptable.
