Day after Boxing Day. Garden tap snapped off in the water pipe and I had to turn off the mains, Baby in the house. Arrgh! Phoned five plumbers, the fifth answered, gave me a quote and a time of arrival, came and did the job bringing a new tap (which was on their own initiative). Did the job in fifteen minutes, kept to the original quote. Baby can have a bath now. Happy? I'm delighted. I'm keeping this phone number...Thanks, Aaron Knapp!

Really nice and helpful. Had two running toilets. Aaron arrived with all the parts needed and completed the work quickly and effectively. Resealed the toilets back into place and left everything neat and tidy.
