Our tumble dryer would not turn on after several days where it it kept turning itself off and on. We contacted Carl at AA Quality Domestics in the evening and by the next morning was out to us to see if he could fix the issue. After making several checks of the tumble dryer he was able to establish it was actually an electrical fault and the wall switch needed replacing. Whilst he couldn’t replace this himself he was able to refer me to a trusted electrician to complete the job. Very satisfied with response time, work carried out and professionalism.

I reached out with my issue on the Saturday and received a response almost instantly. Job was booked for the following Monday. Carl attended to fix the washing machine, job was completed there and then.

I contacted Carl on Saturday for my issue. He answered to my message almost immediately, and managed to arrange an appointment for the following Tuesday. He had a transparent price offer. Once he checked the disassembled dish washer and identified that replacement piece was not available anymore, he gave me two offers for a new machine. Their price including removal of old was honest. (Did cross checking with other options) Very quick order to receive process. Very smooth. I only recommend.
