Did the job ok: timely communication, on time for the appointment, carried out the work to a sufficient quality but had very poor customer service when it came to demanding payment. No guidance was given when the booking was made that this provider expects reimbursement immediately nor was there any information about this on the invoice. I only received the invoice at 9.20pm and was receiving demands for payment by lunchtime the next day - I had either been sleeping or at work by that point. Unreasonable. I always pay promptly. Also prices are very high.

Adeem and his team did a great job of this refit and refurb on time and very fair cost. Responsive communication by phone & WhatsApp, great quality finish, checking in regularly to clarify details of installation. Reliable and trustworthy with great care for the end result. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Professional, punctual, reasonable pricing, and tidy, well-done job (replacement of a panel for an old bathtub). I was visited beforehand to have a look at the bathtub. It looks miles better now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very personable and professional, did what I asked and quoted a reasonable price for the work. Unforseen extras were added on but still reasonable. Polite and curteous, would be happy to recommend.

Really happy with the quality of the work. Repairing a ceilings (plastering and decorating) and installation of a new light and extractor fan installation one room. Sealing and decorating in another. Installing a hold water pump. All jobs done to a high standard, I fully intend to use them again in the future
