  A half refurb of my bathroom- wall tiles and loo were kept; new bath, flooring and sink unit.

  The team worked attentively and carefully to carry out the task. The grout I asked for (beige) wasn’t available it seems, so they used ivory. But it looked better I think. The end result of all the work was very neat and works well. They cleaned up very thoroughly. Unfortunately the site won’t upload from Google photos or saved photos. Which is where they are!

  Expansion of existing kitchen to add dishwasher and freezer, re-tiling to wall and floor.

  Niro was reliable, a pleasure to have working in the house, v polite, and did 5 good days work to complete the job to a high standard. He was flexible when things changed slightly (adding another cupboard!) and clear in his pricing, importantly when things were a little more time-consuming than expected, also reasonable in negotiations, as an increase in price was fair and called for. The finished work is of a high standard and the kitchen looks amazing. All waste was promptly removed.
