  I’ve known Tony since 2023, and honestly, he has become our go-to person for every home project. He and his team are hardworking, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of renovation and repair jobs — always completed to a high standard. So far, Tony has done so much for our home: new slabs at the front door, fixed a blocked drainage issue, installed a cooker hood, retiled our kitchen, built an impressive decked garden, and repaired a leaking balcony with great drainage.   Great attention to detail and a joy to have in the house!

  Tony and Sam (and everyone else who worked on our bathroom) were 10/10 throughout. We were really specific about what we wanted but they were accommodating, helpful and really understood the brief! Tony explained everything that was happening every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom, and will be asking them back soon to work on some other parts of the house.   Bathroom refit

  Tony and team did a brilliant job with our bathroom renovation. We wanted to update a tired bathroom but also incorporate some accessibility adaptations, such as raising the floor, adapting the bath and fitting a sliding door. Tony did a great job of bringing it to reality for us, with some helpful suggestions along the way. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. Communication throughout was really good, and everyone who worked on the job was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  Roof repairs

  Tony and co did a fantastic job on the roof and chimney. Also picking up extra work that was found whilst there at no extra charge. The work was completed efficiently and on time. They were very reliable and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend A& S Property Services

  Bathroom Installation

  Tony was great! Clear and helpful communication from start to finish, helped me with some of my purchases as I was unsure what I was buying and job was completed to a high standard.
