Tony from A&S property solutions has helped with boiler issues in 2 or our properties. He is prompt in responding to queries, guided us to understand the best option which otherwise would have been quite tricky with honesty and integrity. In terms of execution, he turned up as agreed, delivered without any hazel and the finish was really good, exceeding all my expectations. I feel such tradesmen are rare to find hence would highly recommend Tony, if you want stress free workmanship.

Tony and his crew renovated our family bathroom and en suite. We were impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm for the job. Every trades person who assisted in the renovation was of top quality and trustworthy. Communication was excellent - we always knew when someone was coming and were given daily updates on the progress. Tony is an excellent problem solver and smooths any issues out with calmness and positivity. Everything is done for you including excellent cleaning up after the job is done. Highly recommend them and we are planning our next project for them!

Tony and his team have carried out various jobs for us in our new house. These include shower room installation, the repair of a leaking flat roof and several painting jobs. Each time they have done an amazing job. Tony is very reliable and trustworthy. We wouldn’t use anyone else now. We would 100% recommend A&S Property solutions!!

I’ve known Tony since 2023, and honestly, he has become our go-to person for every home project. He and his team are hardworking, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of renovation and repair jobs — always completed to a high standard. So far, Tony has done so much for our home: new slabs at the front door, fixed a blocked drainage issue, installed a cooker hood, retiled our kitchen, built an impressive decked garden, and repaired a leaking balcony with great drainage. Tony and Sam (and everyone else who worked on our bathroom) were 10/10 throughout. We were really specific about what we wanted but they were accommodating, helpful and really understood the brief! Tony explained everything that was happening every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom, and will be asking them back soon to work on some other parts of the house.
