    Replaced Lavatory flushing system

    Michael, who did the work replacing all the bits in a toilet cistern, was grerat to have in the house. He kept in touch before hand while we arranged the date, arrived exactly when he said he would, obviously knew what he was doing and without any fuss dealt with corroded bolts and perished water seals. He left everything very clean and even took all the old parts away with him so hardky any mess at all Obviously it all works perfectly now and I would be delighted to ask Michael to do any other plumbing jobs we may have.

    Ceiling heating pipe leak from a split pipe

    Was responsive to my job and offered a site visit. Did not fully fix the problem and I had to get a follow up visit from another plumbing service. Fixed the leak and then charged for their call out having not said there would be a cost and offered to visit the site without stating any terms. Quoted for their time to fix the leak and increased the quote. They did fix the issue rapidly but overall I was only slightly satisfied with their service and communication around their billing.

    Called out to suspected leak in flatLeak difficult to find and had to check flat above first Charged £140 Labour and material for over 2 hours workWas not informed of any other problems as I always go back to any faults
