Was responsive to my job and offered a site visit. Did not fully fix the problem and I had to get a follow up visit from another plumbing service. Fixed the leak and then charged for their call out having not said there would be a cost and offered to visit the site without stating any terms. Quoted for their time to fix the leak and increased the quote. They did fix the issue rapidly but overall I was only slightly satisfied with their service and communication around their billing.

The company responded to my task quickly, arranged a time that suited me and arrived just in time. It was great to plan the day around the arrival and not have to sit waiting for the plumber. On the first visit, they did a quick check and fixed the problem. However, one of the radiators was not heating up again at night. The next day they came in early in the morning and fixed that too. This time they waited till the heater was properly hot not just warming up to ensure it is working fine. Very professional and respectful in communications too!

Thought job done on resealing a tricky part of a shower cubicle. No more leaking. Turned up on time, very nice, reasonable pricing and easy to pay on receipt of invoice.
