Michael, who did the work replacing all the bits in a toilet cistern, was grerat to have in the house. He kept in touch before hand while we arranged the date, arrived exactly when he said he would, obviously knew what he was doing and without any fuss dealt with corroded bolts and perished water seals. He left everything very clean and even took all the old parts away with him so hardky any mess at all Obviously it all works perfectly now and I would be delighted to ask Michael to do any other plumbing jobs we may have.
