    Structural drawings and calculations for removal of a load bearing wall

    Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer was thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Drawings and structural calculations were produced promptly and to a high standard, with everything clearly explained and suitable for building control approval. Communication was clear throughout and any questions were answered quickly. I felt confident proceeding with the work knowing the structural design had been properly thought through. Would highly recommend.

    Great Experience Identifying Load-Bearing Walls

    We had a great experience working with Firas. He visited our house to identify which walls were load-bearing and carried out a thorough inspection, taking the time to understand the structure in detail. He provided us with a clear and well-explained report within a couple of days. The quote was sent over quickly, the price was very reasonable, and his availability was excellent. I’d highly recommend Firas to anyone needing a reliable and professional structural engineer.
