    Firas agreed to help us with our staircase structural calculations on a short notice. From his first visit and till end of staircase installation he has been extremely helpful and assisted us with all sort of help that we needed.     Staircase landing and affiliated works

    Firas helped rectify a staircase landing in an extremely demanding renovation project. He was always available to discuss the project and liaised with the existing builder who did not have sufficient depth of knowledge. Firas helped the builder execute the job to perfection and I was so grateful for his many interventions in order to make sure that the job was completed correctly. He catered for site surveys on the weekend and was always available to answer questions and offer exceptional guidance. His knowledge is profound on the subject and he is a real credit to his industry.

    Visual inspection and report

    Extremely grateful to Firas for providing me with a thorough visual inspection of a property that I had some concerns about. He arranged the inspection extremely quickly along with a follow up call and the report arrived within 24 hours. Friendly manner and went out of his way to update me in good time even late in the evening to accomodate my timings. Would certainly go back to him again for any further work I plan to do.

    Kitchen extension glass roof and window refit

    This was the second project I worked on with A&A Structural Design. Firas has been extremely helpful and professional on both occasions. He came out to visit the site, produced a site report and drawings. He responded quickly to any questions I had. This last project was particularly stressful, with many twists and turns, and he was so kind, supporting me through it. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again.
